Blood pressure, pulse and blood sugar records
Health records report
Health note: This tracker is for recording and discussion with a healthcare professional; it does not diagnose illness or recommend medicine changes. BP categories use common adult ranges, including for adults aged 66, but older adults may have individualized targets. Blood sugar interpretation depends on whether the person was fasting, before/after a meal, and the test type. Confirm concerning results with a healthcare professional.

Summary & category percentages

Add readings to see summaries.

Blood pressure reference (adult): Normal below 120 and below 80; Elevated 120–129 and below 80; Stage 1 130–139 or 80–89; Stage 2 140+ or 90+; Severe 180+ systolic or 120+ diastolic; Low below 90 systolic or below 60 diastolic. These are screening ranges, not individualized treatment targets.
Blood sugar: There is no single category that safely interprets every reading. Fasting, after-meal, random, meter and lab results can mean different things. The app flags values for review but does not diagnose diabetes or hypoglycemia.

Person / report label

Update this occasionally; it applies to the report and exports.
Age is used for report context. Adult BP categories are not automatically changed just because of age.
